As Director of Academic Services, Ms. Brown is responsible for the support of students across all online degree programs, as well as management of student support services, including retention and graduation strategies.

Ms. Brown’s credentials include over 12 years of practical teaching experience in both Florida and Texas, combined with knowledge of educational theory. During her long career as a professional educator, she developed curriculum and personal management courses, received experience using various types of assessments, and participated in on-going professional development training. Ms. Brown has a B.B.A in Marketing from Mississippi State University and an MS from Nova Southeastern in Fort Lauderdale. She is also a Gulf War Veteran, having served with distinction in the US Army from 1989-92.
