Mr. Singer oversees the implementation of the companys content delivery platform and student information system.

Prior to working at Education Online Services, Mr. Singer was the President and CEO of Singer Innovations, a distance learning consulting company, that worked with online and campus schools to build effective and successful recruitment and enrollment programs.

Previously he was a Telecommunications Research Analyst, working with such companies as Level 3, Verizon and AT&T.

Mr. Singer attended The George Washington University for International Affairs.
