Dr. Bond oversees all academic services including online curriculum implementation, instructional design, course development, and faculty training. Dr. Bond is Education Online Service Corporation’s lead representative responsible for developing academic relationships and implementing successful online program with its educational partner institutions which include Jackson State University, Morris Brown College, Langston University, Tougaloo College, Southern University and A&M College and others. Dr. Bond’s extensive expertise in applying systematic methodology, based on instructional theory to create educational content for online learning, reinforces EOServe Corp’s position as the leading service provider of online higher education degree programs. She holds an Ed.D in Instructional Leadership from Argosy University, a J.D from the Ohio State University College of Law and a Ph.D in Higher Education Administration among other degrees.
