Barry Singer is the Chief Executive Officer at Education Online Services and one of the founders of Education Online Services Corp.

Prior to becoming the CEO at EOServe Corp, Mr. Singer was the founder and CEO of Singer Communications, a successful best practice service and consulting company that works closely with online and campus-based colleges and universities to maximize their recruitment and enrollment programs.

Mr. Singer began his career in the distance-learning world as the Marketing Manager at the University of Atlanta Online, where he oversaw the recruitment and enrollment of new students.

He has a degree in Broadcasting and Film from the University of Maine.
